Microsoft SQL Server 2012 End of Support – Melissa SSIS 2012 Platform Deprecation - July 24th, 2023
As of July 12th, 2022, Microsoft has ended support for its SQL Server 2012 platform. This change will also end Melissa’s support for its SSIS 2012 platform. Since July 24th, 2023, Melissa has officially concluded its support for the SSIS 2012 platform, encompassing Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2012. We understand that performing a migration to another supported platform is a significant task. However, to maintain security standards and with the lack of support from Microsoft for SQL Server 2012, we believe it is in our client’s best interest to deprecate Melissa’s SSIS 2012 platform. New Melissa Identity Key (MIK) Field in Personator Component.
MIK (Melissa Identity Key) is a persistent and unique 11 digit number assigned to a person in the Melissa Personator Database.
Within the Personator platform, users now have the capability to input the MIK to access comprehensive data pertaining to an individual; or to generate the MIK for archiving the individual's record.
